Which coffee blend do I choose?

We all have different preferences when it comes to the taste of our coffee.

Some like it light, sweet with milk. Otherwise (like me) like it dark, strong and bold. One thing I know is that no one likes a bitter coffee. Why would they? There is nothing worse.

The disappointment of buying a takeaway coffee, only to take that first sip and your face scrunches up, your mouth doesn’t understand why you would punish it this way and then you have to throw it away.

Friends come to your house for coffee, you make it with all the love you can, place it in front of them and watch them as they drink it, and then, you sit there in horror as they make a slight squint, hoping you didn’t see it. You know you have bought yet another round of beans that doesn’t quite cut it.

We are all seeking that coffee that makes us say “AAAAHHHHHHH…..everything is better now, I can rule the world” ?

So, what do we do? We go out and buy all different coffee beans, ground, or pods, determine to find “THE ONE”. The one that has the right taste, the one that has the right strength, the one that everyone is going to like when they come to your place for a coffee and a chat.

I’ll be honest. I never thought I would find “THE ONE”. I was worried – “OMG I’m going to be working for a coffee roasting company, am I even going to like their coffee?”. Luckily, I didn’t have to worry for too long, as I took the first sip, I loved it. I even have my long black or espresso without sugar!!

So, which one is the right one for you? I’ll let you make that decision, but hopefully I can help.

Here is a description of our 2 blends:

Daily Roast Blend

This blend is a light roast, but not weak in flavor. It boasts of being roasted with premium coffee beans and is perfectly balanced to enjoy with a smooth perfect crema. For the all-day coffee drinker. Especially if you enjoy a afternoon latte or flat white.

Signature Blend

This blend is a medium-dark roast, rich in color, offering a black velvet finish with a smooth crema. Stronger than our Daily Roast, it can be enjoyed as an espresso, long black or milk coffee. If you are looking for something with a bit more punch, this is the blend for you.

OK, so there it is. Have I helped you decide which blend is for you?

In the end of the day, we all taste things differently. Its kind of like a nice wine, you will know its for you once you have taken in the aroma and tasted it. So maybe consider getting a small bag of both and then decide.

That’s what I would do…
